Research:
Our first step is to familiarize ourselves with our clients' business image, current or desired promotional strategies and marketing goals. From this knowledge, we can then determine the style and method of delivery, colour schemes and interface that best meets the clients' needs and is consistent with present promotional material. A decision is made whether the site will take the form of an html site or a 'flash' presentation. All external assets are then acquired from the client, such as graphics, copy, video, and music files.

Design:
The team carefully considers all content at hand: supplied text, logos, photographs, diagrams, maps, etc. and explores various interface possibilities, colours and page layouts. They then design the site with the goal of an appealing yet purposeful experience for the end user. Much consideration is given to navigability and download speeds. Programming:
The team leader considers what special needs exist that require the skills of our programmer. Order forms, shopping carts, guestbooks, bulletin boards, chat rooms, calculators, client file management are examples of items that require cgi, java or javascript programming.

Development:
The team leader works closely with the design staff and programmer to create the site from specifications determined in the design phase.

Quality Control:
The site is then put through our meticulous quality assurance test. This includes testing on both Macintosh and PC platforms with various operating systems, and browsers as well as proof-reading.

Promotion:
Once the client reviews and verifies the accuracy, functionality, design, and content of the site, it is then released to the public. At this time also, the site is submitted to all of the most important search engines and directories for optimum findability.
